Get Fit!

I've recently started working out and trying to get that amazing body that I want. I'm going to keep this post updated so I can track my progress and (hopefully) see how far I've come.

November 9, 2012: 

Weight: 132lbs

Measurements: 

Forearm: 9"

Bust: 34 3/4" (in sports bra)

Chest: 30"

Waist: 27"

Hips (love handles): 34"

Thighs: 22 1/4"

Calves: 13 1/4"

Body Fat: 19.6% (25.7lbs of fat and 105.3lbs of lean)








November 27, 2012:

Weight: 129lbs

Measurements:

Upper Arms: 10.5"

Forearm: 8 3/4"

Bust: 34"

Chest: 29.5"

Waist: 26 1/4" or 26 1/2"

Hips (love handles): 33 1/4"

Thighs: 21 3/4"

Calves: 13 1/4" (no change, but they're pretty much solid muscle, so I'm ok with that.)
